Pritchett Bros was excellent with our bathroom remodel. They were very responsive, on time, and communicated when unexpected challenges arose. The quality of work met or exceeded expectation and when we asked for any corrections they were quick to meet our needs. Would recommend and plan to use them again. It looks pretty but there were a few issues with fit and finish. We could excuse that but the process to get to the shower remodel finish was problem after problem. Poor planning, lack of communication, unfriendly project manager, and an insulting discount to "make it right." The rest of the staff was nice but overall the shower is beautiful but what a headache to get to this point. Don't let all the good reviews fool you! We talked to several people while our shower remodel was going on and they all cringed when they heard we were using Pritchett. We wish we were forewarned and went with someone else. We won't be using Pritchett again.
Alex was great to work with. We were a smaller project and as such, understandably not at the top of their priority list for scheduling, but the quality of paint and drywall work that was provided was excellent, on-site worker was punctual, gracious, and easy to work with. I will definitely be calling on them for future projects, and would recommend them to colleagues and friends.
Alex came and gave a quote on our roof. Very professional and on time. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Pritchett Brothers are very professional and respectful. They go above and beyond for their customers. I contracted them to replace my roof and they did an awesome job. They also mowed my yard and fixed my fence as a bonus. I’m very happy for their help and I truly appreciate them.
They did two roof replacements for my rental properties recently and both look amazing.Great craftsmanship and curtesy customer services. Couldn’t ask for a better and reliable construction company. 5 stars! Highly recommended!
Pritchard Brothers is excellent because of the tornado I lost some Roofing on my shed. The guys come out and gave me a quote which was very fair, they were professional and very kind and understanding. They repaired the roof and it looks wonderful I am just so happy. They match the color so well the guys were great. I would recommend them for any Roofing or any procedure that you need. Wonderful, wonderful company
A strong wind went through my neighborhood that cause a tree to fell on the side of house. Branches of the tree hit the roof, sidings and gutters. Insurance agent estimated the damage and told me they will only cover half of the roof. Prichetts Brothers expertise with regulations and insurance claims got my insurance to cover the cost for my whole roof. They installed best quality shingles on my house. I saw their crew work on my house as if they are working on their own property. They got it done less than a day . All I needed is to cover my deductible and they took care of the rest. They contacted siding and gutters company on my behalf.I highly recommend Pritchett Brothers experience, expertise, professionalism and high quality of work to everyone. I’m one happy and very thankful customer

I can't say enough about the great work you all did for us. Taking the wall out to open for an open concept… new wood floors.. great to work with. Would give you all a 10 but the stars only go to 5.
