i reached out to Austin Hays regarding the possibility of needing a new roof. Not only did he promptly come by and take a look, he walked me through the next steps and how to go about an insurance claim. When my insurance was willing cover some (not all) of the work, he was able to revisit my home and take additional pictures. These pictures were instrumental in having my 19 year old roof fully covered. Within two weeks, my new roof has been scheduled. thanks to everyone at Pritchett Brothers and especially Austin for the great customer service!

We are in desperate need of a shower replacement. We called Pritchett Bros for a quote and Alex helped us. He was very thorough and provided a reasonable quote. He even came out a second time to help walk us through options of picking out the materials. We are so excited to see our upcoming shower remodel!

Pritchard Brothers is excellent because of the tornado I lost some Roofing on my shed. The guys come out and gave me a quote which was very fair, they were professional and very kind and understanding. They repaired the roof and it looks
A strong wind went through my neighborhood that cause a tree to fell on the side of house. Branches of the tree hit the roof, sidings and gutters. Insurance agent estimated the damage and told me they will only cover half of the roof. Prichetts Brothers expertise with regulations and insurance claims got my insurance to cover the cost for my whole roof. They installed best quality shingles on my house. I saw their crew work on my house as if they are working on their own property. They got it done less than a day. All I needed is to cover my deductible and they took care of the rest. They contacted siding and gutters company on my behalf.
